Position Overview

Air Dot Show Tour is a thrilling and dynamic event series that showcases the awe-inspiring world of aviation through mesmerizing airshows. The Flight Line Club VIP is one of the ticketed venues offered at our Air Shows. We are seeking a passionate and organized Flight Line Club Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing setup, catering, and volunteers for each destination on our upcoming tour.

Responsibilities

FLC Operations Management

    • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the Flight Line Club during Air Dot Show Tour events.
    • Ensure meticulous planning and execution of FLC logistics, including seating arrangements and amenities.
    • Collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall FLC experience

Catering Collaboration

    • Work closely with catering partners to curate and deliver exceptional FLC catering services.
    • Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings that align with the premium nature of the Air Dot Show Tour brand.
    • Address any catering-related concerns promptly to maintain the highest standards.

Volunteer Engagement

    • Recruit, train, and manage volunteers dedicated to supporting FLC operations.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative volunteer environment to enhance the overall guest experience.
    • Recognize and appreciate volunteers for their valuable contributions.

Guest Relations

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for FLC guests, ensuring their needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
    • Address and resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Proactively seek feedback to continuously improve the FLC experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in event management or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous experience in managing catering services is advantageous.
  • Passion for aviation and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
